Welcome to Paris!
Paris is, for me, far more than a city: it is a living universe, a work in motion, a place where centuries converse and where each neighborhood reveals a singular story.
Of Armenian origin and having grown up in Uzbekistan, I was shaped at the crossroads of civilizations. Multicultural and deeply open to the world, I have been a French speaker for over twenty-five years and also speak Russian, English, Italian, and Chinese, which allows me to support a demanding international clientele and create a natural, precise, and fluid dialogue with each individual.
A Parisian for more than fifteen years, I devote myself with passion to the study of the capital’s urban history and the richness of its artistic heritage. My personal library, composed of more than a hundred specialized works published in France by leading historians, informs each of my walks.
My training in art history at the École du Louvre has refined my eye and deepened my understanding of the works, styles, and aesthetic developments that have shaped Paris over the centuries.
Originally trained as a teacher, I developed early on a taste for rigorous and engaging transmission of knowledge. With over twenty years of experience as a project manager within high-level international institutions (UNESCO, the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the European Union), I have acquired strong expertise in organization, communication, and cultural mediation. I adapt easily to a wide range of audiences, both adults and children, taking into account cultural sensitivities and individual expectations.
I offer walking tours, in small groups or tailor-made, to discover a vibrant, unusual, and often unseen Paris. Far from conventional routes, my experiences emphasize storytelling, subtle anecdotes, and the human destinies hidden behind the façades. We take the time to observe, understand, and interpret.
Whether you are discovering Paris for the first time or believe you already know it well, my objective is simple: to help you see the city differently, understand it better, and fully enjoy it.
