Tour booking terms and conditions

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour date (i.e., a minimum of 3 days in advance), subject to availability.

Prices listed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the number of participants (base rate calculated for 5 people), the duration of the tour, and any additional services selected (such as vehicle rental).

A full prepayment (100%) is required to confirm the booking.

Payment can be made via PayPal.

A PayPal fee of 5.5% is payable by the client.

Cancellation and refund policy

If the tour is cancelled by the client more than 5 days before the scheduled date, the prepayment will be fully refunded, minus PayPal fees.

If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the tour date, no refund will be issued.

​

In case of no-show, same-day cancellation, or late arrival without prior notice, the amount paid is non-refundable. The guide is not required to extend the tour to make up for lost time.

In the event of a delay without prior notice, the guide will wait up to 15 minutes and may then leave the meeting point after informing the client. No refund will be provided.

​

If the tour is cancelled by the guide due to valid reasons or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all paid tours will be issued.
